Gaëlle Mousset has a Master’s Degree in Employment and Social Welfare Law and is a Labour Lawyer (employment law and social welfare).

Convinced of the necessity to integrate labour law within the overall strategy of the company, Gaëlle has her mind set on offering personalised solutions in order to anticipate issues which could arise.

She advises companies and their directors on day-to-day issues in the management of human resources (recruitment, termination of employment contracts, professional elections, collective bargaining, audits, etc.) and assists them in litigation procedures (Industrial Tribunal, Social Centre of the High Court, Court of Appeal).
