Marie HARDY holds a DU from the Magistère Franco-British Business Law (Rennes, France), an LLM in International Business Law (Exeter, UK) and a Master II DJCE (Rennes, France). She advises on corporate law in both French and English.

With a transversal approach, she assists shareholders and CEOs of companies in various business sectors.

She assists them at each stage of their company’s development: from the incorporation of their company and the organization of their shareholders’ relations, to external growth, restructuring or private equity operations, to the sale of their company.

Marie also ensures the legal monitoring of our clients’ companies, in connection with their various business and financial partners.
