Margot Deslandes Dieudonné has a French Degree in Corporate Legal Advice (Diplôme de Juriste-Conseil Entreprise – DGCE) and is a Corporate Lawyer specialising also in collective bargaining.

Margot accompanies associates and directors in the stages of creation, development, restructuring, fundraising, external growth … all of these being part of the rhythm in a company’s life cycle. She assists and advises them in the event of difficulties between associates or when the company is confronted with economic difficulties in preventive procedures (ad hoc authorisation, conciliation) or collective proceedings (administrative proceedings, receivership, liquidation).

She deals with companies in all sectors and regularly for regulated professional activities (medical, paramedical, legal, accountants, architects …).
