Florian Desaize has a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law and is a Jurist in Corporate and Commercial Law.

Florian deals with the legal follow-up of our clients’ companies with the necessary rigour and involvement (general meetings, intra-group agreements, commercial leases …). He also manages the different development stages of company life cycles (fundraising, restructuring, transfers/buy-outs …).

He guides companies and their directors in different activity sectors (industry, services, agri-food, construction industry, innovative companies …).
