Alexandre Thomann
Alexandre Thomann has an International Legal Practitioner Master’s Degree awarded by the University of Rennes 1 and an LLM in European Law from the University of Exeter. As a lawyer he specialises in contract and intellectual property law, both in French and in English.
Intellectual property reflects a company’s ability to innovate as well as a wish to make its creations secure and to add value to them (products, brands, names (denomination), software, databases, etc.).
Alexandre assists companies in determining and carrying out their strategy of protection for their creations, as well as in the framework of value-creation. Indeed, a contract is one of the preferential vectors to give a framework to the creation (confidentiality agreement, consortium contract, etc.) and the commercial use of a company’s intangible assets (licence agreement / transfer of brand, of patent, of software, etc.).
