Julie Waldt has a Master’s Degree in International Business Law, and is a Corporate Lawyer.

She advises companies and their directors across a wide array of sectors and at different stages of their projects.

In relation with their other partners, she accompanies them in the legal organisation of their company, in their relations with associates (choice of corporate form, associate agreements, …) and in their development stages (restructuring, fundraising, transfers/buy-outs, …).
